REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At ADEULL, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for payments made to the Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ADEULL is a digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) application that provides cloud-rendered architectural renders. Due to the computational nature of cloud processing, each render action consumes real computing resources and is non-reversible once executed.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • You must have consumed fewer than 10% of the credits included in your subscription plan.
  • The request must be made via email to info@adeull.com with your registered account email.
  • Refunds are only available for the first subscription period (not for renewals).

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the initial purchase.
  • More than 10% of the credits included in the plan have been consumed.
  • The request is made for a subscription renewal (not the first purchase).
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with cloud-rendered output quality (cloud outputs are inherently variable; please review sample outputs before purchasing).
  • Change of mind after extensive use of the Service.
  • Unused credits that expire at the end of a billing cycle.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Technical issues caused by the user's own device, browser, or internet connection.

4. Credit Consumption

Credits consumed through rendering actions are non-refundable, even within the 7-day guarantee window. Each render action (1K, 4K, or 8K) permanently deducts credits from your account balance. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated.

We encourage users to start with lower-quality renders (1K) to test the Service before consuming larger credit amounts on higher-quality outputs.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current paid period.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service (such as verified server outages, failed renders due to our infrastructure, or critical bugs), please contact us at info@adeull.com. We will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly
  • Restore consumed credits for failed renders caused by our infrastructure
  • In rare cases of prolonged service disruption, offer partial refunds or service credits

Please provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots and timestamps, to help us resolve it quickly.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage users to contact us directly at info@adeull.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks cause significant administrative burden and may result in immediate account suspension.

Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently banned from the Service. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of legitimate usage.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@adeull.com with the following information:

  • Your registered account email
  • Order or transaction ID (from your payment confirmation)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
