Welcome to ADEULL ("we," "our," "us," or "ADEULL"). ADEULL is a global cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) application that provides architectural visualization, interior design rendering, and cloud-assisted creative tools. Our services are accessed through our web application at https://adeull.com (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
ADEULL operates internationally from Istanbul, Türkiye.
ADEULL provides cloud-based cloud rendering tools for architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and creative users. The Service includes but is not limited to:
The Service operates on a subscription-based model with credit-based usage. Each rendering action consumes a specific number of credits, depending on the selected output quality.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
ADEULL offers multiple subscription plans (Student, Standard, Pro, Ultra, Vision), each with a specific number of monthly credits. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our authorized payment provider. We do not store or handle credit card information directly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Credit System: Credits are consumed based on render quality: approximately 1 credit for 1K resolution, 12 credits for 4K resolution, and 30 credits for 8K resolution. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Your Content: You retain ownership of images, prompts, and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ADEULL a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Generated Content: You retain ownership of cloud-rendered outputs created through your use of the Service, subject to the limitations of the underlying cloud models. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not violate any third-party rights.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of ADEULL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
ADEULL uses automated visualization models to generate visual outputs. cloud-rendered content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee:
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it for any commercial, legal, or professional purpose.
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADEULL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ADEULL in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
